Recent Events
For our summer concert at Margam Abbey in June, we were delighted to welcome, our performers Annwen Williams (Soprano) and Aled Edwards (Baritone), guest accompanist Allan Fewster, our orchestra led by Claire Frankcom and presenter, Ken Tucker. Annwen and Aled have performed with us previously, but not for some time,so we were pleased to be able to bring their talents to our audience once more. Ken is known to many in our locality and we would like to congratulate him on his contyribution to the outstanding success of The Passion.
In March, we returned to St Paul’s, Aberavon, to help our friends there celebrate their centenary. We received a tremendous reception from an appreciative audience and raised valuable funds towards the work that needs to be done. We’d like to thank all the choristers, but particularly the soloists, Cathy Holt, Cathryn Rees, Victor Hopkins and Catherine Brown, for their marvellous contributions.
